Bahira started dancing at the beginning of 2008 and found
that she was a natural at it. She's at numerous styles of belly dance, however
found that she exceled and loved dancing with the sword!
Being apart of Zohour El Sahara, Bahira loved the
interaction and life that she had with her troupe mates and especially with her
amazingly talented teacher Despina.
Dancing saved Bahira's life! Without it, she know's that she
would have never made it through the most difficult and life threatening time
in her life. Now free from the most toxic situation in her life, she has
blossomed and been happier and free than she ever has been!
Singing has given her
something to look forward to and she has gained strength through music and
dance
