Colombo Leadership Academy announces the launch of Strategy Execution Masterclass

Colombo Leadership Academy, a leading provider of leadership development and executive coaching, recently announced the launch of its cutting edge programme - Strategy Execution Masterclass - designed to boost accelerated business performance. This programme will focus on providing insights, tools and techniques necessary to achieve robust business performance in the FMCG, banking, healthcare, leisure, retail and insurance industries.

Speaking on the programme, Riaz Hassen, CEO of CLA explained, “Every organization has a well-crafted strategic plan. However, during strategy execution only 40% achieves the final objective, therefore execution is the KEY to success.

Mr. Ravi Jayawardene will draw from over 30 years of experience in driving marketing, sales and strategy; with emphasis on his tenure in many successful leadership roles in multinational and local organizations.
