Samsung launches Customer Service Centre in partnership with Singhagiri

Samsung Electronics Co.,
Ltd., a global leader in digital
convergence technologies, is delighted to announce the setting up of one more
of its hugely popular Customer Service Centre (CSC) in collaboration with
Singhagiri Pvt Ltd. Inaugurated on 10th January 2014, the Customer Service
Centre will be located in the main Samsung showroom on Darley Road and will
enhance the convenience of customers while adding greater value to their
shopping experience with Samsung. Samsung is recognized
as one of the world’s most popular consumer brands in the world.


With their key
characteristics and innovative technology, the demands for Samsung products is
growing in Sri Lanka. Present at the occasion were Mr. H. K. Chang – Managing
Director, Samsung India Electronics Limited, Mr. Mano Marasinghe – Managing
Director, Singhagiri Limited, Ms. Anusha Marasinghe – Managing Director,
Singhagiri Limited and Mr. Chaminda Sulochana – Service Manager, Samsung India

The centre will address all the repairs under the Samsung Brand warranty by leveraging
on latest technology and highly skilled technicians at the centre. Meanwhile,
the Customer Contact Centre (CCC) will provide the required back-end support
with timely follow-ups to uphold service level agreements.
