The festival features a series of activities, demonstrations and promotions from 16 to 25 October 2014

Sri Lanka’s largest online shopping mall, recently
partnered with Knorr to host the ‘WOW Food Festival’ in commemoration of World
Food Day. The exciting festival took place at the head office and comprised a series of promotions and activities which brought people together to celebrate a selection of
unique cuisines.
World Food Day was
established in 1979 by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United
Nations. A variety of events ranging from walks, to dinners to food drives are
arranged by millions of people across the world who come together to
commemorate the day. The activities which took place during the festival included a Knorr kitchen activation at the
customer experience centre, which showcased the
entire Knorr product range through live preparations, demonstrations and free
samples. is also offered the best deals on a variety of food products
and restaurants throughout the week and partnered with many reputed restaurants
and venues to offer special discounts on food and dining.
