The Samsung Customer Contact Centre has been in operation for over a year and relocated to World Trade Centre because it is in the heart of Colombo’s economic hub. The new location provides Samsung consumers with greater access to a fast and convenient after-sales service. The Call Centre is managed by Envoy BPO under supervision and guidance of Samsung whilst Dialog is the centre’s primary telecom solutions partner. Among other firsts, this Customer Contact Centre will be the only centre of its kind in Sri Lanka to provide total wireless solutions and the latest technological advancements under one roof. The centre will handle all Samsung customer claims, product inquires and support with technical assistance, whilst providing warranty, remote and email support to guarantee customer satisfaction for all Samsung product users.
