| Australia issues travel advisory- level 2 warning |
The Australian government have given a level 2 warning, in its latest travel advisory issued today adviced its citizen travelling to Sri Lanka to 'exercise a high degree of caution' in Sri Lankan at this time because of the unrest situation in some part of the country.
A level 3 warning would be to ‘reconsider travel’ and level 4 would be a ‘do not travel’ warning.
Australia also suggests avoiding public demonstrations and large public gatherings as they say quote ‘may turn violent’ unquote
