Amãna
Takaful PLC, the only fully-fledged Takaful operator in the country and the flag
bearer of the Takaful way of insurance in Sri Lanka, recently opened its 26th
branch in Anuradhapura. The new branch
is located at No. 81,
Bank Site, Anuradhapura and offers a full
range of insurance products and services that protect various aspects of
people’s lives. The Chief Guest at the opening ceremony was H.P. Somadasa, Mayor
of Anuradhapura. Also in attendance were, Mohamed Ansar, Municipal Councillor
of Anuradhapura, Fazal Ghaffoor, CEO, Amãna Takaful, S.N.M Irshad, the
Executive in charge of Amãna Takaful in Anuradhapura, along with other
distinguished guests and the company’s
senior management and staff.
Commenting on the opening of the new branch, S.N.M Irshad of
Amãna Takaful stated, “Our success so far
can be attributed to the wide range of solutions we offer our patrons as well as
the superior standards of service we provide. We do not cater to a niche market;
instead our products are designed to support all segments of society. It is a great honour to introduce Amãna Takaful to the people
of Anuradhapura and we hope that our new branch will continue to fulfil the
diverse insurance needs of this community.”

highlighting the importance of the new branch, H.P. Somadasa, Mayor of
