| Northern line disrupted due to a derailment |
Train services along the Northern line disrupted due to a derailment between Thalawa and Srawasthipura, near Talawa railway station. Jaffna-Matara train was faced this problem. Sri Lanka Railways says that the train services on Northern line will be terminated from Talawa.
SLR added that efforts are underway to resume normal services swiftly.
