UNP vote against the 2013 budget

UNP,JVP rejected the  2013 budget proposals

Sri Lanka main opposition party UNP has decided to vote against the 2013 budget proposals, the Chief Opposition Whip John Amaratunga stated.
This budget proposal has entirely ignored the Tamil people residing in the hill country and north and east parts of the country, party said.
