Indian National Security Advisor Shivshankar Menon
arrives in Sri Lanka

Indian National Security Advisor Shivshankar Menon arrived in in the island on Monday (July 8-2013).Shivshankar Menon is due to meet with several senior officials of the country for discussions during his visit. Meanwhile, Minister Basil Rajapaksa engaged in a visit to India as a special representative of the Sri Lankan government. 


During his visit Minister Basil Rajapaksa held discussions with Indian Minister of External Affairs Salman Kurshid & National Security Advisor Shiv Shankar Menon. These discussions had also touched on the topics of the Northern polls as well as the 13th amendment to the constitution.
