| Sri Lanka Telecom connects CHOGM 2013 |
The National telecommunications service provider Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) is proud to be the ICT Solutions Provider for the 2013 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) to be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka.SLT said it will connect multiple locations through its 'SLT Intelligent Solutions' integrated business communications service.
SLT will serve the needs of government delegations, businessmen and journalists.
It will provide virtual private networks, internet data centre, local area network, dedicated business internet with leased lines, fixed broadband, high speed Wi-Fi, telephone and fax using optical fiber.
A high speed Wi-Fi access network which can handle 2,500 users at the same time will be deployed.
